Laughlin Parlor Guitar Model
- This is small-bodied, 19th century style guitar similar in size
to a 0-size Martin or a turn-of-the-century Washburn.
- The shape has been altered to cultivate a more rounded
modern aesthetic.
- The lower bout is 13 1/2" wide and the body length is 19 1/4".
- It is available in either a traditional 12-frets-to-the-body 24 5/8"
scale length, or a 25 1/2" 14-fret neck.
- Guitarists familiar with large-bodied acoustics are often surprised at
the big sound produced by these small-bodied guitars.
- They are a joy to fingerpick and the compact size invites
a more intimate experience when exploring the fretboard or
searching for new chords.
- The binding, purfling, and rosette of each instrument can be selected
for either a traditional 19th century appearance or a more modern look.
